Office Policies:
Please reschedule your appt. if:
*you have ANY symptoms of covid or a cold,
*have been around someone that has symptoms or has covid in the last 2 weeks
*if you have traveled internationally your appt. date must be 2 weeks after your return.
What happens if I have covid or cold and flu symptoms?
1) If you or someone in your house has covid you cannot come into the office until:
• all symptoms cleared for 24 hours (48 hours for gastrointestinal)
• and 1 week after diagnosis of first symptoms.
• if covid passing through house no appt. until cleared.
2) If you or someone in your home has covid/cold symptoms you cannot come into office until you or they are symptom free for 24-48 hours.
