Your appointment time is scheduled for you alone and therefore, 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This includes changing the type and length of the session booked. Cancellations left after hours on voice mail or email will be deemed to have been received the next business day. Illness is the only exception.

As a courtesy, your first missed appointment (without 48 hrs notice) you will be charged 50% of the service price or your gift certificate or pre-payment will be used. After which time the next appointment cancelled a full charge will apply.

No show appointments will be charged the full service fee. A no show time is assumed 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

Payment is due in full at time of the session. Cash, cheque, or E-transfer only. All prices are subject to hst. E-transfer must be received 2 hrs before the appt. to avoid transfer issues. If you have to go the bank it must be done before your session is started.
