PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NEW PROCEDURES:
1. If you have been OUTSIDE OF THE ALGOMA REGION (or near someone who has) please reschedule your appointment for two weeks from when you arrived back from Algoma Region.
2. IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL IN ANY WAY, please reschedule your appointment for two weeks.
3. When I book your appt. and before you enter office I will be asking you to take a covid survey per direction from Algoma public health.
4. Clients must sanitize their hands before entering office.
5. Masks must be worn through service. Please wear a fresh mask.
6. I will be wearing a mask the whole service.
7. High-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected in between each client.
8. No Cash will be accepted. Debit, e-transfer preferred. Cheque if necessary.
9. Clients are not permitted to bring guests including children.
10. Please arrive only 5 mins before appt. Or text or call when you are here and I will advise. Waiting area is closed.
11. Services on the face are NOT permitted including facials and sinus relief treatments.
12. I will not be providing iridology as I need to take pictures of eyes.
13. Walk in clients are not accepted.
14. Magazines, tea/water service is unavailable at this time.
15. A $5 increase on each service will be implemented to cover covid costs.
AMENDED CANCELLATION POLICY FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY!
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL IN ANY WAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPT. FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CLIENTS.
TRY TO DO THIS 48 HRS IN ADVANCE FOR RESCHEDULING PURPOSES.
IF YOU JUST NEED TO RESCHEDULE THEN 48 HOURS IN REQUIRED.
This includes changing the type and length of the session booked. Cancellations left after hours on voice mail or email will be deemed to have been received the next business day.
As a courtesy, your first missed appointment (without 48 hrs notice IF YOU ARE NOT SICK) you will be charged 50% of the service price or your gift certificate or pre-payment will be used. After which time the next appointment cancelled a full charge will apply.
No show appointments will be charged the full service fee. A no show time is assumed 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Payment is due in full at time of the session. Cash, cheque, or E-transfer only. All prices are subject to hst. E-transfer must be received 2 hrs before the appt. to avoid transfer issues. If you have to go the bank it must be done before your session is started.
