Skin brushing and massage make this treatment a wonderful and therapeutic experience. This treatment is exclusive to Healing Holistics. I have developed the session over the years to show you how to skin brush and describe the amazing benefits. After the brushing comes a massage to complete this relaxing session. A natural bristle brush is the key.

What can I expect during this treatment?

This treatment involves a dry skin brushing and massage of the body. Areas covered are the arms, legs, and back. We will start with a dry brushing of one entire side of the body followed by massage then flip to the other side to complete this blissful session.

Why do it?

Promote lymphatic flow, lessen fluid retention and discourage cellulite to name a few reasons. On top of all that, it's a great exfoliator, which will leave you with silky, smooth skin.
